Our culture constantly tries to tell us where we can find joy. Everything from self-help books and talk shows to a variety of religions promise it. Advertisements sell the idea that it can be found in sex, a pill, a new car, a bottle, or bought with a credit card. But the teachings and the life of the Apostle Paul reveal that real joy is something that transcends our situations and circumstances. Pastor Dave Brunelle will take us on a journey through the book of Philippians where we’ll be encouraged to experience a rare but all together real joy... an Uncommon Joy. |

Spiritual Gifts Seminars
Dr. John David Geib, Dean of The Logos Institute of Canton, Ohio will be giving a series of seminars on “Spiritual Gifts” in association with the Rock Community Church, 9403 Garfield Blvd., Garfield Heights, Ohio.
Dates for the sessions are Sunday, May 4 at 10:00 AM, Saturday May 10, at 9:00 AM-12:00; Sunday May 11, at 10:00 AM; Saturday May 17, 9:00 AM-12:00, Sunday, May 18, at 10:00 AM and Saturday May 24, 9:00 AM-12:00
Dr. Geib served as Assistant Professor of Biblical Studies at Malone College 1985-2003. He and has given over 700 educational presentations since 1986 through Ezra Enterprises LLC.
